You will not be able to receive updates or track the progress on the request submitted.

If you do not create an account, it will be your responsibility to maintain your Confirmation Number (ex. P002553-093015). You must check the Public Records Center for updates and to request additional information or clarifications. If you lose your confirmation number, you must submit a new request.

To search for a previously submitted request, click on the “My Request Center” link at the top of the page and then click “Search by Reference Number”. Please be aware that the Florida Department of Corrections will not be able to communicate directly with you if your contact information is not provided.
